NOA NOA Webshop usually ships all orders placed before 12 noon the same day. However, in connection with holidays, sales start etc., there can be a delivery time of up to 5 weekdays. Subject to sold-out products and deferred delivery from our supplier.

Right of complaint:
As a customer, you obviously have the right to complain about a product that has defects or flaws that were present when the product was sold. The right of complaint is valid for 2 years and includes manufacturing faults and material defects.
Any dispute between NOA NOA Webshop and the customer is governed by Danish law.
Right of cancellation:
We offer 365 days’ right of exchange and cancellation. If you use your right of cancellation, we will return the price of the product and the delivery costs.
If you want to use your right of cancellation, you must pay for the return shipment, unless anything else has been agreed. You may not return the product COD (Cash on Delivery).

If it is a matter of a complaint, please include comprehensive information in the package to facilitate quick service.
Please include a copy of the invoice/order confirmation.
We recommend that you the enclosed returnlabel, when returning the product, and that you send the product as a parcel.
This makes it possible to track the package in the courier’s system, thus eliminating any doubt of whether the product has been delivered to NOA NOA Webshop.
